Complete and submit this form if you have an interest in learning more about how you can be a co-owner of the Polish National Home of Hartford through a real estate investment company that is being formed. <<>> The goal is to make an offer Q1 2023 to the PNH social club, Polish National Home of Hartford Inc, for the building and property, with a lease-back provision to the social club. The additional goal is for the real estate investment company to be Polish/Polish-American owned. <<>> Once the real estate investment company is formed, details on how you can be involved as an investor will be provided, along with all relevant documents and informational packets. <<>> If there is not adequate interest from the Polish community in Connecticut, investors from outside our community will be invited to participate.
